Location: Onsite (NOTE: This role is full-time, remote Mondays and in-person Tuesdays - Fridays. Full-time remote applicants will not be considered).

Position Summary:
The Stoffer Home Ecommerce Specialist plays a key role in maintaining, organizing, and optimizing the brand’s ecommerce experience across Shopify and supporting systems. This position collaborates closely with Marketing, Product Development, Procurement, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate product data, effective site merchandising, seamless promotional execution, and efficient ecommerce operations.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with a proactive mindset and a passion for ecommerce. They thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are motivated by delivering exceptional online shopping experiences while supporting continuous growth and operational excellence.
Essential Responsibilities:
Ecommerce & Website Management

Manage and maintain product detail pages (PDPs), ensuring product information, descriptions, imagery, pricing, shipping timelines, lead times, and related content are accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.

Support website merchandising initiatives, including collection organization, featured product placement, promotional updates, seasonal campaigns, and site content management.

Conduct regular website audits to identify opportunities for improved site organization, functionality, user experience, and conversion performance.

Administer and maintain Shopify-integrated applications and related ecommerce tools to support site functionality and operational efficiency.
Product Data & Reporting

Generate and distribute recurring ecommerce and product performance reports, including sales trends, top-performing products, underperforming products, and inventory insights.

Monitor and report on low-stock inventory levels, partnering with internal teams to support inventory planning and replenishment efforts.

Assist with inventory reconciliation and data accuracy initiatives in collaboration with Procurement, Warehouse, and Accounting teams.

Analyze ecommerce data and identify opportunities to improve product organization, inventory visibility, and operational processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with the Marketing team to support ecommerce promotions, product launches, collection updates, and campaign execution.

Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to maintain accurate product, inventory, and fulfillment information across systems.

Support product launch readiness by coordinating ecommerce requirements, product setup, and cross-functional timelines, including onboarding new vendors and product assortments.

Provide ecommerce-related support and troubleshooting assistance to Customer Service, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders as needed.

Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree specializing in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience.

Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, product operations, or related field.

Experience working within the Shopify platform required, including product management, merchandising, and ecommerce site administration.
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, and related tools) required.

Experience with Asana or similar project management platforms preferred

Demonstrated experience generating, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and support business decision-making.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
