Shipping Policy

General Shipping:

Stoffer Home ships to the 48 contiguous states and Canada, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless longer lead times are specified in a product's description or by a customer care representative. Processing times are in place regardless of how many shipping days are specified at the time of order. If the item you order has an unexpected delay, we will contact you directly. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, usually during holidays or sales, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Flat Rate Tiers:

All of our decor orders ship out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. We created flat rate zones for all states in the U.S. Depending on where you are, your flat rate will range from $8.50 to $16.50.

Flat rate exclusions apply to large, fragile, or heavy items, including lighting, artwork, furniture, wallpaper, rugs, hardware, etc. Local pick-up is available for select items only. You can read more about shipping exclusions below.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Most of our decor products are able to be shipped to Canada. Shipping costs will apply to all international orders and may be different from the prices shown below. The customer is responsible for import taxes, carrier fees, and customs declarations that may apply. Please allow a few extra days for processing and delivery for all Canadian orders. We currently do not ship furniture to Canada.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur based on weather/holidays etc.

Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Shipment:

On rare occasions, you may encounter transit damages to merchandise or defects in manufacturing. Please ensure that you inspect your items thoroughly upon delivery. All items shipped to a residence or receiving warehouse must be inspected upon receipt. Should your shipment incur any damages or defects, please contact our customer service team for assistance within 48 hours of delivery. Submissions after 48 hours are subject to review.

Furniture Deliveries:

Please always check the furniture measurements you are interested in before purchasing. This includes measuring the piece itself and any entryways, doorways, staircases, access points etc., for the items you plan to purchase to ensure a smooth delivery. Measuring is always the customer's responsibility. Stoffer Home will not be held responsible if the piece does not fit in the buyer’s home. Please note that furniture pieces are custom-made and not returnable or refundable.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will be contacted to finalize a delivery window. Most deliveries occur Monday through Friday between 9-5pm. Rural areas may have reduced delivery windows due to limited routes and may take longer than usual. 

Most furniture and oversized items will be delivered to your room of choice however, it is not a guarantee. White glove delivery includes a delivery team, in-home placement in the room of your choosing, and removal of any packaging. Please note, our white glove delivery service does not include the removal of any existing furniture. For ease of delivery, please ensure the space is prepped for the placement of your order prior to delivery as it is not the delivery carrier's responsibility to move furniture they are not delivering. 

All items must be inspected upon delivery, and you must provide a signature upon receipt, including items delivered to receiving warehouses. It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to the delivery carrier's departure. A bill of lading must be signed and serves as confirmation that the order has been inspected and approved. Any damage discovered must be noted on the bill of lading. The bill of lading serves as proof to us, the carrier, and the manufacturer that the damage happened in transit and not after delivery. This information will aid in the return/replacement process. If this information is not included, Stoffer Home reserves the right to review or reject such incidents. All furniture damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
