Stoffer Home has a 30 day return policy. All returns must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date with proof of purchase.
How to start your return
- In order to return, please go to https://stofferhome.myreturnscenter.com/, enter your order number and email and then complete your return.
- Once your return is approved, you will get an email detailing where to send your return. Please ship it back to us using the carrier of your choice.
Any returns will be credited back to the payment method originally used for the purchase, unless store credit is requested. Again, you will be refunded the cost of the merchandise being returned. This does not include the cost of shipping.
Any furniture purchased on our website is custom and made-to order and is therefore non-returnable. If the furniture item is signed for and accepted at delivery, it is no longer Stoffer Home's responsibility. Signing for a furniture piece at delivery is considered acceptance of the piece in its condition at arrival and therefore releases responsibility of the manufacturer and seller. If a furniture item arrives to your home damaged, do not sign for it and notify us right away.
Vanities and Cabinetry Samples
All vanities are built to order. Please note that Stoffer Home Cabinetry does not accept vanity cancellations after 72 hours of the order being placed. If you have any questions please reach out to contact@StofferHomeCabinetry.
Lighting is non-returnable.
If your light is damaged, email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and leave the light in its original packaging. If for any other reason you need to return your light, it must be within 30 days of the date you received the fixture(s), and you will be required to pay a 25% restocking fee, The fixture(s) can only be returned if in brand new condition, uninstalled, and in its original packaging exactly how it came. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Artwork is non-returnable unless damaged. We must be notified of damage within 30 days of your art being delivered.
Antique Rugs are non-returnable. Other rugs can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Unless the rug is damaged upon its arrival, the customer is responsible for return shipping and there is a 25% restocking fee. Rugs must be unused and in its original packaging. This includes all original packaging material and original factory information and paperwork. Do not write or put any markings on the outside of the packaging.
Rug samples must be returned within three weeks of delivery. Please reach out to email@example.com if you have any questions.
All hardware is non-returnable unless defected. We highly recommend ordering one piece of hardware as a sample before placing an order for your entire space. If a return is necessary, your order must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Unless defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and there is a 25% restocking fee.
All curtain rods are custom-made and therefore are non-returnable and non-refundable once they are shipped to you. Since they are custom made, if cancellation is requested while your order is still in production, a 25% fee will apply. Please reach out to us if you would like to see a sample of the finishes.
Wallpaper orders are final sale.
We accept returns for decor pieces within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. We regret that we are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once they have been shipped.
Swatches such as fabric and wallpaper are not returnable.
Please note that final sale and clearance items are not returnable except for manufacturing defects. These items are identified by being in our sale section and/or items purchased during a warehouse or sidewalk sale.
