Any furniture purchased on our website is non-returnable.
Lighting is non-returnable.
If your light is damaged, email email@example.com immediately and leave the light in its original packaging. If for any other reason you need to return your light, you may for a 25% restocking fee, but it must be in brand new condition, uninstalled, and in its original packaging exactly how it came. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Artwork is non-returnable.
Antique Rugs are non-returnable. Other rugs can be returned within 30 days of delivery, customer is responsible for return shipping and there is a 25% restocking fee. Rug must be unused and in its original packaging. This includes all original packaging material and original factory information and paperwork. Do not write or put any markings on the outside of the packaging.
All hardware is non-returnable unless defected. We highly recommend ordering one piece of hardware as a sample before placing an order for your entire space. If a return is necessary, your order must be returned within 30 days of delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and there is a 25% restocking fee.
In order to exchange, item must be returned and then reordered.
Other items may be returned, and must be shipped within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. Items must be in brand new condition with the tag or pricing sticker attached. It is up to the discretion of Stoffer Home to determine if the item is acceptable for refund. If the item is not accepted for return, it will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. If the item is not damaged, the customer will pay return shipping.
