Return Policy
Furniture, mirrors, artwork, rugs, hardware, samples/swatches, rods and wallpaper are custom-made and therefore are not returnable or exchangeable unless damaged, defective or incorrect. Lighting, furniture, mirrors, rugs, hardware, samples/swatches, curtain rods and wallpaper which are damaged, defective or incorrect must also be returned in 30 days, in brand new condition, with proof of purchase. Artwork that is damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported, with a photo, within 10 business days of receiving by contacting our customer service team. Jean Stoffer x Loloi pillows that are damaged must be reported within 7 days of receiving by contacting our customer service team. Please inspect your products and either refuse delivery if damaged or contact our customer service team right away.
To return a light fixture, please reach out to contact@stofferhome.com with your order number and the product you would like to return. Please note that all returned lighting must be returned within 30 days, in brand new condition, in the original packaging with all original parts, pieces, and packing materials.
Your item will be ineligible for return if:
- It is customized or made to order
- It has been installed or modified before returning
- It does not arrive in the original packaging with all components and packing materials
Please note that the customer is responsible for carrying out the return process and for all fees associated with it. Returned lighting is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Beginning a Return
- In order to return an item, please go to https://stofferhome.myreturnscenter.com/. Enter your order number and email to complete your return request.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive an email detailing where to send your return.
- Ship your item back using the carrier of your choice.
- Returns will be credited back using the original payment method, unless store credit is requested, Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account.
Cancellation Policy
Home Decor:
Items ordered from Stoffer Home may only be canceled until the time the order leaves our warehouse, generally 24 hours.
Furniture:
Furniture orders can be canceled only until the item’s production begins.
Mirrors:
Mirror orders can be canceled until the order has shipped from the warehouse.
Lighting:
Lighting orders can be canceled until the order has shipped from the warehouse.
Artwork:
Artwork orders can be canceled only until the item’s production begins.
Rugs and Jean Stoffer x Loloi:
Rug orders can be canceled until the order has shipped from the warehouse.
Hardware:
Hardware orders can be canceled only until the item’s production begins.
Sample Swatches: (including fabrics, rugs, cabinetry, wallpaper)
Sample swatch orders can be canceled until the order has shipped from the warehouse.
Curtain Rods:
Curtain rod orders can be canceled only until the item’s production begins.
Wallpaper:
Wallpaper orders can be canceled only until the item’s production begins.
Exchange
Damaged Items
Per the agreement with our vendor, we will repair or replace any damaged or defective item before a refund is offered. We encourage you to review our Shipping Policy and Return Policy before placing your order.
Sale Items
Please note that final sale and clearance items are final sale. These items are identified by being in our sale section and/or items purchased during a warehouse or sidewalk sale.
