Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have been experiencing some shipping delays. These delays apply primarily to furniture and lighting, however various other collections have the possibility of being affected.
These delays are mainly caused by two different issues. First of all, there is a worldwide shipping container shortage, so any pieces that are made outside of the United States have the potential to be delayed. Secondly, there is currently a high demand of trucks to ship items in the United States and a shortage of drivers. Because of these two issues, we have noticed delays which are unfortunately out of our control.
We understand the frustrations and disappointments that delays cause, but you can be confident that our team is always working hard to get your orders to you on time and as soon as possible. We will always give you the most accurate lead time at the time of your order and continue to update you throughout the waiting process.
